You just select the search symbol on the Cashback App home screen and activate the "Vouchers" filter under "Types of Shopping." Then a list of businesses will be shown for which we offer vouchers. If you select a company and click on "Buy voucher now", you will see which values are available.
You easily find the companies that offer vouchers on the myWorld Website using the search feature with the filter "Original Vouchers." If you select a company and click on 'Order Vouchers' on the next site you will see which values are available to you.

On the myWorld Website you can quickly find the companies that offer vouchers by using the filter "Original Vouchers" within our search. Choose the business you would like to buy a voucher for and click on "Order Vouchers" on the next page. Afterwards you will see which values are available to you.
Yes, you can have your order delivered to another address. Simply add an alternative delivery address during the order process. Please be aware that, when you have already placed an order, you can no longer change the address.
Yes, you can cancel the order of your voucher by sending a message via the contact form within 14 days of purchase.
If you wish to cancel your purchase, please enter your full name, your Member ID, the purchase date, the purchase amount and the order number, which you can find on the myWorld Website in the "My Purchases" tab within "My Orders".

Please give us two working days from the receipt of your payment to complete your order. If you have already waited longer than five days for your voucher, please contact the myWorld Team via the contact form.
