If you have successfully placed the order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address which is linked to your account. If you have not received confirmation of your order, please check your orders under "My Account" (https://www.marketplace.myworld.com/gb/customer/overview and make sure that the email is not in your spam folder of your email inbox and that the email address which you added to your account is correct.

It is not possible to place an order over the phone or via email. Should you experience difficulties when placing an order, please contact our Customer Service via the contact form.
Please go to “My Orders” (https://www.marketplace.myworld.com/gb/customer/order) under "My Account" and select the order you wish to cancel. Click on “Cancel item” for the selected order and follow the instructions.
Note: Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. However, you can exercise your right of cancellation or return the order after your shipment has been delivered.
