eVoucher
As a myWorld Shopper, you can purchase eVouchers from various companies in the myWorld App or on the myWorld website.
To purchase an eVoucher in the myWorld App, simply click on the eVoucher symbol. Afterwards, choose the desired eVoucher, the order amount as well as the payment method and complete the purchase by clicking on "Place order".
If you would like to purchase an eVoucher from the myWorld website, use the Filter for eVoucher in the search after you log in. Finally, select the desired eVoucher, the order amount and the payment method and click on "Place binding order".
The payment options available differ depending on the country. You can pay using a credit or debit card, myWorld eVoucher, shopping credit or by making a bank transfer (only on the website).
Depending on your country and the date of your registration, it is also possible to pay with your collected Cashback. If you have collected enough Cashback, this payment option will be shown to you.
An eVoucher is a digital voucher, which you can buy as a myWorld Shopper via the myWorld App or the myWorld website. You have different eVouchers to choose from and, once purchased, you can redeem these for products or services on offer at the respective businesses. When you purchase an eVoucher, you will receive Cashback and Shopping Points.
If payment by credit card is possible for the order you are placing and the place of residence you have specified, you can select the credit card option under "Payment Method" during the order process. After you have selected it, enter your credit card details (credit card holder, card number, expiry date and CVV/CVC number) to use the card for payment.
There is also the possibility that your credit card provider will ask you to provide a security code, digital proof of your identity or two-factor authentication when making internet purchases. In this case, follow the instructions during the payment process to complete your purchase.
Irrespective of where you have purchased an eVoucher, you will always be able to find your purchased eVouchers in the myWorld App and in your profile on the myWorld website.
In the myWorld App you will find your purchased eVouchers by clicking on the round myWorld logo at the bottom and then selecting "My eVoucher". There, you will be able to see a list of all unredeemed eVouchers and eVouchers marked as redeemed according to purchase date.
You can view your eVouchers in the "eVouchers & Gift Cards" section of your profile on the myWorld website under "My Deals and Vouchers for Loyalty Merchants". eVouchers marked as unredeemed will be displayed there. Would you like to see which eVouchers you have already marked as redeemed, tick the filter option "Display Redeemed Vouchers" and click on the magnifying glass.
If you click on the eVoucher, the PDF version, redemption conditions and more information can be viewed.
Contact the myWorld Team using the contact form and provide your Member ID as well as, if available, the order number, which can be found on the myWorld website in "My Purchases" in the area entitled „My Orders“.
The eVoucher's expiry date complies with the legislation for the country, which it was bought for. You can check to see whether an eVoucher has an expiry date or not by looking at the PDF version as well as in the myWorld App, underneath the eVoucher code.
Your eVoucher can only be redeemed at the company for which you have purchased it. You can look up whether an eVoucher is only redeemable in specific shops or also when shopping online by going into the myWorld App or via the myWorld website by checking the entry called "Information and conditions for redemption“ on the specific eVoucher's details page.
If the eVoucher you have purchased is simply a normal voucher, you can essentially purchase as many products as you wish. You can find out whether certain products are excluded from purchasing with your eVoucher after selecting the desired eVoucher in the myWorld App under the heading "Information and conditions for redemption" on the specific eVoucher's details page.
You can find this information on the myWorld website when looking at "Conditions for redemption" on the details page of the respective company from which we offer the eVoucher.
Your purchased eVouchers are only redeemable in the country for which they were intended. You can find out whether a company's eVoucher is redeemable internationally by going into the myWorld App or to the myWorld website and having a look at "Information and conditions for redemption" in the specific eVoucher's details.
Depending on which company you have purchased the eVoucher for, you may have to redeem your eVoucher's full value or you may be able to redeem it partially - which is usually the case. You can look up how to use your eVoucher by using the myWorld App or on the myWorld website by having a look at the entry "Information and conditions for redemption" on the specific eVoucher's details page.
Normally, you may be able to leave money on your eVoucher for other purchases to be made with the same company. You can check whether this is really the case or if other regulations are in place for your desired eVoucher in the myWorld App or on the myWorld website when having a look at „Information and conditions for redemption“ on the specific eVoucher's details page.
How many combined eVouchers you can use depends on the company for which you have purchased the eVouchers. You can get that information in the myWorld App and via the myWorld website by having a look at the entry "Information and conditions for redemption" on the specific eVoucher's details page.
You can check whether an eVoucher can be redeemed both in the Online Shop or purely onsite in the specific company's shop in the myWorld App and on the myWorld website when going to "Information and conditions for redemption" on the specific eVoucher's details page.
Should you have money left on your eVoucher following your purchase, this is usually valid until the eVoucher expires. However, it is possible that the eVoucher code can only be used once.
You can find out whether the eVoucher expires after making a purchase, or whether you receive the remaining sum in the form of a cash pay out, or you receive a different code, or you receive a credit note for the remaining sum by going into the myWorld App or to the myWorld website and checking the details under "Information and conditions for redemption" on the specific eVoucher's details page.
You can record the eVoucher's remaining sum manually in the myWorld App, so that you have a better overview. There, it will be saved together with the date of entry.
Regardless of this, it is often possible to find out the eVoucher's remaining sum total by going to the till at the relevant company or by going online. Some companies have a specific service address for this that you can use to contact them.
If you have used up all of your eVoucher's available credit, you can mark it as redeemed directly within the myWorld App, so that it no longer appears in the list of active eVouchers.
If the eVoucher cannot be recognised when redeemed at the till, then please contact our myWorld Team via the contact form. Attach a screenshot of the purchased code or the PDF of the eVoucher to your message and provide the order number, which can be found on the myWorld website in "My Purchases" in the area "My Orders".
In general, the till staff working for companies who offer eVouchers have all been trained on how to deal with these. However, sometimes new till staff have not yet been trained and thus do not know what to do with them. If you have bought an eVoucher, it will be displayed on the screen whether it should be scanned at the till or whether its code should be typed in manually. If a member of till staff does not know how to deal with eVouchers, then please ask them to scan or type in the eVoucher's code. A company's till system should normally be able to process the code itself, if the company has a policy of offering eVouchers.
Regardless of this, it is also possible that certain branches are unable to accept eVouchers. The participating branches of the company are retrieveable on the eVoucher's details page. You can either click on "Locations" in the myWorld App or click the button "Display on the map" on the myWorld website. In the event that the branch visited can accept eVouchers, but nevertheless refuses to accept the voucher, then please contact the myWorld Team via the contact form.

The credit card payment in the myWorld App will be blocked for security reasons once you have reached a certain payment attempts limit. Therefore, we advise you to order a greater quantity of eVouchers or eVouchers from several different companies collectively through the app or on the myWorld website or, if possible, to use a different payment method.
Firstly, you can rest assured that if you have marked an eVoucher manually as redeemed, this has no influence on the value or its validity. eVouchers marked as redeemed will be moved into the category "Redeemed eVouchers" in the area "My eVouchers" in the myWorld App. Look for the incorrectly labelled eVoucher here, open it, scroll down and click on "mark the eVoucher as unredeemed". After doing this, it will reappear in the area entitled "Not redeemed eVouchers".
You can also undo an incorrectly labelled eVoucher on the myWorld website. Go to your profile at "eVouchers & Gift Cards" then click on "My Deals and Vouchers for Loyalty Merchants" and select the filter "Display Redeemed Vouchers". Select the incorrectly-labelled eVoucher and remove the tick next to "Mark as redeemed".
Yes, you can give your eVoucher away via email. Open the purchased eVoucher in the myWorld App and click on the button "Donate your eVoucher" below the code. Afterwards, you can send the eVoucher to the desired person via email.
You can check whether an eVoucher can be used in combination with the customer card for the corresponding company in the myWorld App and via the myWorld website when having a look at "Information and conditions for redemption" on the relevant eVoucher's details page.
