As a direct seller, myWorld has a standard delivery cost of €4.95 for all countries, irrelevant of where the order is made, type, size or weight of the product, the method of delivery, the logistics service provider or the dispatch and delivery address.
On completion of the order process, the final delivery charges will be displayed as they are dependent on the entire order, the selected delivery address and the selected seller.
The following criteria influence the delivery charges for the product:
- Characteristics such as size and weight of the product.
- The place from which the product is sent out and the buyer’s delivery address; If deliveries must be sent across borders, delivery charges can be higher.
- Logistics partner.

Additionally, if it is a legal requirement, the VAT must be adapted to the country in which the product must be delivered and this would, in turn, change the price of the product itself. All prices on myWorld.com include VAT.
All Partners represented on myWorld.com are instructed to use, if possible, environmentally friendly, and neutral packaging materials as well as material to cushion the product whilst in transit and to make use of these materials sparingly for the purpose of delivering products. Of course, every Partner is responsible for ensuring that your products are as well-protected as possible. In some cases, the packaging can seem particularly large in comparison with the product which you ordered. This can be down to the fact that the product is an unusual size or requires special protection in transit, or there was simply no other suitable packaging material available. This will never result in increased delivery charges.
In some cases, orders cannot be packed in myWorld packaging or the existing product packaging already provides sufficient protection. In this case, for environmental reasons, the Partner will then forego the additional packaging. Depending on the condition of the relevant product, the address sticker will be applied to the original packaging.
Yes, if you place two orders with the same distributor within a short period of time, it is possible that several orders will be combined into one. The pre-requisites for this are as follows:
- The orders were placed using the same customer account.
- The orders are being delivered to the same address.
- The products are in the same logistics centre.
- The dispatch is performed at the same time.
The advantage of this is that less packaging is required, and you receive fewer individual parcels.
Note: The delivery charges for an order do not change whether several orders are combined or sent separately. That means that you will always have to pay the delivery charges that are displayed during the order process.
Yes, the components of one order can be delivered separately in the following cases:
- The products need to be dispatched from different logistics centres.
- The products are ready for dispatch at different times.
- Size, weight, or the state of the product prevent us from sending the products as part of the same delivery.
Note: The delivery charges for an order do not change if the order is delivered all together or as several deliveries. That means that you will only pay the delivery charges which are displayed during the order process.
