Yes, you can return a product free of charge within the 14 days return period. Please get in touch with our Customer Service via the contact form. They will provide you with a return label.
If you wish to return a product, please be aware of the following points:
- The product must be in the same condition it was in when it arrived.
- Make sure that all product components are returned, for example, accessories, cables, user handbooks etc. Should the returned parcel not contain all components, we can refuse to accept it.
- The product must be in the original packaging and you must use shipping packaging (preferably, the one which the product was delivered in) to avoid damage during transit.
- Remove or delete all personal data relating to you or third parties when returning electronic devices.
- Ensure that no other items are accidentally included in the parcel which you don't wish to return.
- If the content of the parcel being returned proves to be traceable to you or third parties, you will be held responsible for a possible violation to data protection.
- myWorld.com is not responsible for other items which are accidentally included in the parcel which is returned.
- You consent to the ownership of all items in the parcel which has been returned being transferred to us.
- Stickers such as brand stickers, certificates or guarantee cards must remain on or with the product.
- Please place the product, in its original packaging, including all accessories, in accordance with the Conditions for Return, in the dispatch packaging. We recommend that you make use of the dispatch packaging, including the protective material, which you received the product in.
- Make sure that the return slip is attached so that the return can be allocated to your original order and so that the refund of the purchase price is not delayed.
- Please seal the dispatch packaging carefully to avoid the product being damaged in transit.
- Address the return parcel correctly and make sure this is legible. Don't forget to add the sender details. If there is a return sticker available to you, please use it.
- Frank the parcel according to size, weight and return address and send the parcel off.
Please keep the parcel certificate until such time as the refund has been performed.
No. If you wish to return several products from one order, but a combined return has not been offered to you during the returns process, then please use several separate parcels, in accordance with the returns labels and addresses which you received.
After your parcel has been received, the products which you have returned will be checked according to the returns policy. This could refer to the timing of the return or the conditions which the returned goods were in. After they have been successfully checked, the purchase price of the goods, as well as the full or partial delivery charges, will be refunded to you. The delivery charges will only be partially refunded if you ordered several products as part of one order but have failed to send back all the products. Should it be determined that there are components missing, the warranty rules will apply.
Please be aware that it can take up to ten working days, from the date that the parcel is deposited at the parcel shop, for your parcel to arrive.
Note: Refunds are made using the payment method which you used to make the original purchase. Refunds will be arranged once the condition of the goods has been approved. Dependent on the payment method, it can take up to seven working days until your refund appears in your account.

As soon as the myWorld warehouse team has received the products which have been returned, we will have seven days to check the returned goods and arrange the refund of the purchase price and the partial delivery charges.

Warranties are dependent on the type of product and the point in time at which you wish to lodge the complaint. Before lodging a complaint, we recommend that you check the product supplements, such as the operating instructions, to try and solve the problem or contact the Customer Care directly. Please ensure that you have included all accessories, such as handbooks, guarantee cards etc. Please delete all personal data before returning electronic devices for your own safety.
Legal warranty
You can make a claim on your warranty for products which you have purchased on myWorld.com, within two years of purchasing. This period begins from receipt of the goods. Please be aware that the warranty may be limited to specific products.
